In preparation for the 250th anniversary of the founding of our country, our
bishops have asked that we participate in 250 hours of Adoration and Mercy.
Eucharistic Adoration is scheduled at 6:00 pm in the chapel every Wednesday
and Thursday evening, and first Fridays at 8:30am in the chapel.
We will be collecting new blankets through the months of June and July as
part of our 250 Works of Mercy. These blankets will be donated to the
St. Benedict Neighborhood Outreach.
During June, we will be accepting donations for the Apostleship of the Sea.
We will assemble care packages for those who served at
10:00am on Saturday, June 27th, in the Hall.
Please donate the following items: men’s socks, toiletries, razors, puzzle
books, hats, travel size, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, deodorant,
disposable razors, facial wipes.

Complete the dedication form available at the bottom of the PDF flyer. Submit your request with your loved one’s name via the collection or parish office.

Cost is $30 per dedication

Payment method: cash or check. Return the fee with your request.

Your dedication will be a lasting part of our parish worship experience, remembered each time the missal is used.

Food Pantry

Please continue your donations to our food pantry. The Transformation Center (TC) in Brooklyn on 4th Street has been faithfully picking up our contributions and is deeply grateful for the generosity we’ve shown. They distribute food each Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am to over 100 needy people. Their volunteers come to St. A’s to transport our donations to their site. Your ongoing support truly makes a difference!

Items needed: dry goods, canned goods, peanut butter, jelly, baby food, infant formula diapers and wipes.

Bulldog Buddies

A huge thank you to all who donated food this school year. As the school year is winding down, we have enough food to get us to the end of the school year. Your continued support of children enrolled at Curtis Bay Elementary School is much appreciated.

Sodality

The Sodality has resumed its monthly meetings! The meetings are scheduled for the remainder of the year and being held in the chapel from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Saturdays. All are welcome to attend. Please contact Maggie with any questions at 410-440-8992. The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, following 8am mass in the chapel.

As we continue to move forward with the merger of our Seek the City parishes, several changes are underway. Effective immediately, if you are currently registered at St. Rose of Lima, please write all checks, including offertory, payable to “St. Athanasius.”

St. Rose offertory envelopes will be canceled as soon as the printing company can do so. Please call the Parish Office to re-register under St. Athanasius. You will receive envelopes possibly with a new envelope number within the next couple of months.
